Learn basic cooking techniques as well as developing new recipes to please all. You will learn how to read a recipe, how to put it all together in a timely manner and have the confidence to try new things. You will learn knife skills, how to properly cut vegetables and fruit, and how use substitutions in recipes and have the same end result.
